Service Description
Move-In/Out House Cleaning: - 1 Cleaner - Supplies & Vacuum included - Up to 5 hours of service included If your home is 2,500 sq. ft. or larger, please request a free estimate before booking online. What's Included: ✅ Bathroom Cleaning: - Washing vanity, bathtub, shower tiles, sink, mirrors, toilet, and shower heads. - Hand-wiping baseboards in the bathroom. - Washing the inside and outside of bathroom cabinets. ✅ Kitchen Cleaning: - Washing kitchen countertops, sink, backsplash, table, and stove. - Washing the inside and outside of the microwave, refrigerator, and oven (including the hood). - Hand-wiping the inside and outside of kitchen cabinets. ✅ Dusting: - Dusting blinds, wiping window sills, furniture, and light fixtures within arm's reach. ✅ Mopping and Vacuuming: - Mopping floors and vacuuming all rooms. ✅ Window Cleaning: - Washing interior windows and sliding glass doors, and every door within arm's reach. ✅ Trash Disposal: - Emptying interior trash cans and taking them to the outside trash can. ✅ Other Rooms: - Hand-wiping baseboards throughout the home. - Wiping the inside and outside of cabinets in the laundry room and living room. (Washing walls is available for an extra charge.) We'll complete all tasks from the list within the indicated time. If your home requires more time, each additional hour is $45. Our manager will visit your home to help determine the exact time needed and provide a cost estimate.
Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policy When booking our cleaning services online, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations, including holidays and weekends. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office directly. Cancellation Fees: - A charge of 50% of the service fee (minimum $50) will be applied if the 24-hour cancellation policy is not honored. - If the cleaner is unable to gain access to the property due to reasons such as no key left with the doorman or in the agreed location, incomplete post-renovation work, or other contractors on-site, the full minimum cleaning fee will be billed on the day of the appointment. - Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the cessation of services. Refunds: - The deposit paid online is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 24 hours in advance. Payment Options: - We accept payments via check and Zelle.
