Service Description
Deep House Cleaning: - 1 Cleaner - Supplies & Vacuum included - Up to 7 hours of service included If your home is 2,500 sq. ft. or larger, please request a free estimate before booking online. What's Included: ✅ All Rooms: - Dusting thoroughly from top to bottom, including all horizontal and vertical surfaces such as ceilings, fans, light fixtures, blinds, cabinets, and more. - Dusting and wiping down all cabinets, doors, and baseboards. - Vacuuming all floors and carpets, and mopping hard floors. ✅ Kitchen: - Cleaning sinks, faucets, countertops, appliances (exterior), backsplash, and stove. - Cleaning the interior and exterior of the microwave, oven, hood, and refrigerator. - Cleaning kitchen floors, both inside and outside of appliances. ✅ Bathroom: - Washing, disinfecting, and deodorizing the shower/tub, showerhead, faucet, shower tiles, sinks, toilet, and floors. - Cleaning interior windows. We'll complete all tasks from the list within the indicated time. If your home requires more time, each additional hour is $47. If you need assistance with booking, and would like to get a personalized quote & not sure about number of cleaners you need, feel free to request a free estimate. Our manager will visit your home to help determine the exact time needed and provide a cost estimate. This offer is not valid for initial, post-construction, renovation or move-in/move-out services.
Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policy When booking our cleaning services online, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations, including holidays and weekends. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office directly. Cancellation Fees: - A charge of 50% of the service fee (minimum $50) will be applied if the 24-hour cancellation policy is not honored. - If the cleaner is unable to gain access to the property due to reasons such as no key left with the doorman or in the agreed location, incomplete post-renovation work, or other contractors on-site, the full minimum cleaning fee will be billed on the day of the appointment. - Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the cessation of services. Refunds: - The deposit paid online is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 24 hours in advance. Payment Options: - We accept payments via check and Zelle.
