Cancellation Policy

Online Bi-weekly Booking Policy: By booking the basic biweekly cleaning services, you agree that the price shown is valid only when you commit to a minimum of 10 sessions. When booking our cleaning services online, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations, including holidays and weekends. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office directly. Cancellation Fees: - A charge of 50% of the service fee (minimum $50) will be applied if the 24-hour cancellation policy is not honored. - If the cleaner is unable to gain access to the property due to reasons such as no key left with the doorman or in the agreed location, incomplete post-renovation work, or other contractors on-site, the full minimum cleaning fee will be billed on the day of the appointment. - Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the cessation of services. Additional Charges: - If the actual cleaning time exceeds what was originally booked, you agree to cover additional charges for extra hours required to complete the cleaning. The fee for additional time is listed in each service description. Refunds: - The deposit paid online is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 24 hours in advance.
